Our approach

We are a team of advanced-level equity consultants who help organizations build more equitable communities. We offer professional development to schools, non-profits, and organizations committed to developing equitable and inclusive cultures, policies, and practices. We specialize in guiding leadership teams through the inner identity work required to investigate and gain self-awareness of their participation and perpetuation of systemic white supremacy culture. Our primary objective is to challenge participants to disrupt oppressive practices, think innovatively and take action to reimagine and redesign leadership.
